Four steps from hello to keys.

All of our apartments are leased right now, but openings go to the waitlist first. Here's how it works.

Call or email us to get on the waitlist. Tell us a little about what you're looking for and when you'd like to move, and we'll reach out as soon as something opens.

Complete the application

Every adult who will live in the home completes our rental application. It covers rental history, employment, and references.

Screening & verification

We verify the application — background check, rental history, and employment — for all adult occupants. We'll keep you posted along the way.

Sign the lease & get your keys

Approved applicants sign a one-year lease. First month's rent and a security deposit equal to one month's rent are due at signing — then the keys are yours.

Know the standards before you apply. We put our screening criteria in writing and apply them to every application the same way — income, rental history, everything we look at and everything we don't. If any screening fee applies to your application, we will tell you what it is and what it covers before you pay anything.

Good to know: we welcome housing assistance, including USDA Rural Development rental vouchers. Rent is due on the 1st of each month; full terms are spelled out plainly in the lease. We're an Equal Housing Opportunity landlord.
