We're Adrian and Kristin Maier, and these are our buildings. We live nearby, we manage every apartment ourselves, and when you rent with us you're dealing directly with the owners — not a call center three states away. We take pride in keeping our homes in good shape and treating our residents like neighbors, because that's exactly what they are.
